Health Path Consulting Services is licensed by the New Jersey Department of Human Services, Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) to provide Substance Use Disorders (SUD's) early intervention and outpatient addiction services. We are an Outpatient Program (OP), the lowest level of outpatient care, generally requiring three to six hours of treatment per week.

Established in  1993

Health Path was established  in 1993. Since then, our agency has earned a reputation for providing quality services to the bilingual community who are affected by alcohol and drug use disorder.

Fernando Salazar 
Executive Director 

Fernando Salazar is an experienced substance use disorder counselor. He is a Board Certified Psychologist in Lima, Peru, who later earned his M.S. in Psychology in the United States. 

His certifications include -

License Clinical Alcohol Drug Counselor (LCADC), New Jersey

Yanett Bagce, CADC Intern  

Yanett Bagce received her Bachelors of Arts from Drew University and a Masters
of Public Administration from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA).

Yanett has many years of youth counseling experience, working at Rutgers University-Newark and Bloomfield College.
